Attorney Melissa M. Tzanoudakis is a founding partner of Lyons & Tzanoudakis, LLP. She holds licenses to practice law in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and New York, including Federal and State Courts. Attorney Tzanoudakis concentrates her practice in family law, real estate, business transactions, estate planning and administration, and related civil litigation.

She is also the former Chair of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys Women's Law Caucus, as well as a former Member of the Board of Directors for the North Shore Women Lawyers Association and former member of the legislative committee of the Real Estate Bar Association.

Amanda F. Zoecklein is an Associate of the Law Office of Melissa Tzanoudakis, PLLC. She is a licensed attorney in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts where she concentrates in estate planning, probate estate administration, family law, contract review and negotiation, and civil litigation. She is admitted to appear before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
As a wife and mother, Attorney Zoecklein recognizes the complicated interplay between raising a family, planning for the future, and picking up the pieces after losing loved ones. She brings integrity, grace, and empathy to each case and uses her personal and professional experience to provide thoughtful representation for her clients.
Attorney Zoecklein is an active member of the community, is currently the Chair for her local Parent Teacher Organization, and is formerly a Member of the Middleton Recreation Commission. She received her legal education from the University of New Hampshire School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Rochester Institute of Technology. Attorney Zoecklein is a former member of the Greater Boston Family Law Inn of Court, the Essex County Bar Association and the North Shore Women Lawyers Association.

Joanne assists Attorney Tzanoudakis and Attorney Zoecklin in all aspects of the office. Joanne has a degree in Business Administration and over 20 years of experience working in law firms. She is compassionate, knowledgeable and efficient, while having an outgoing and friendly personality, which makes her an asset to our firm as well as a resource to the clients that have the opportunity to work with her.
Joanne and her husband have lived in Pepperell for almost 40 years, where they happily raised all 3 of their children. Prior to becoming a paralegal, Joanne was the Director of Development for a local Catholic elementary school and was involved in many local community and sports organizations.
